Sizing and fit
Which size should I choose?
Go by your measurements, not by the size you usually buy. Measure your underbust first, with the tape snug but not tight, then measure around the fullest point. Match both numbers to the size guide on the product page.
This style fits close, so if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
How do I measure properly?
Use a soft tape measure and, if you can, wear a light unpadded bra while you measure. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and breathe normally for the underbust measurement, then measure around the fullest point without compressing. Write both numbers down.
Does it support a fuller bust?
Support is shared across three places: the band under the bust, the wide straps, and the crossed bands at the back. It does not all land on the straps. The band does most of the work, which is why getting your underbust measurement right matters more than the cup. The bra is made in cups A to E.
The product
What does it actually do?
The crossed elastic bands at the back give a light, steady pull that encourages your shoulders to sit open, while the wide straps spread bust weight across a broader surface instead of two narrow points. It is a reminder rather than a replacement for your own habits, and it feels more natural the more you wear it.
Why does the weight feel lighter on my shoulders?
It is the same weight, carried across a wider surface. The band, the wide straps and the back bands share it between them instead of loading two thin lines, which is why you notice it less by the end of the day.
Will it show under clothes?
It is seamless and opaque, so there are no edges or ridges under a fitted top. Under very fine or white fabrics we suggest beige, which disappears on most skin tones.
Can I wear it to the gym?
Yes. It is wire-free and breathable, and it holds up well for walking, yoga, stretching and light training. For running or anything high impact, a dedicated sports bra is still the better choice.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold, or machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, ideally in a laundry bag. No bleach, no ironing, no dry cleaning and no tumble dryer. Dry flat and away from direct heat so the elastic bands keep their spring.
Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your size and color, tap Add to Cart and complete checkout. You will get a confirmation email with your order summary straight away. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is encrypted and your card details never pass through our site.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as you can with your order number and we will stop it if it is still in the warehouse. Once it has shipped, you can return it within the 30-day return window.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is:

Every order ships tracked.
How much is shipping?
Orders above our free-shipping threshold ship free. Below it, our standard shipping rate applies and is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprise charges after payment.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
The first scan can take up to 48 hours. If nothing has moved after 10 business days, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Depending on where your order is delivered, import duties or customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. They are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and exchanges
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Email support@commonmuse.store with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with any original tags attached. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if the size is wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange for the right size. For a change-of-mind return, the cost of sending the item back to us is yours to cover.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post the credit.
My item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered
Email support@commonmuse.store with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage.
