Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surprise charges at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
Estimated delivery
- United States: 5–9 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
These windows are estimates and begin once your order has been processed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather and peak-season volume can extend them.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before an order ships — email support@commonmuse.store straight away. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email support@commonmuse.store with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
