Use a tape measure against bare skin or over an unpadded bra. All measurements are in cm.
- Step 1: under the bust. Measure right under your bust, where the band sits, with the tape snug and level. This measurement is your underbust.
- Step 2: over the bust. Measure your bust at the fullest point, with the tape level and snug but not tight. Your bust measurement minus your underbust gives your cup.
